Compliance
U.K. Contracts:

To enable Continental Contracting Limited to engage in the business of providing contract labour to her clients. A site agreement, or, either parties’ contract of labour and working conditions, must be entered into and signed by both companies.

European & non European Contracts:

To enable Continental Contracting Limited to engage in the business of providing contract labour to her clients. A contract of labour, rates and working conditions must be signed by both parties. This is a requirement of British labour regulations applying to fully licensed employment agencies.

Continental Contracting Limited has been issued with, by the British Government and Licensing authority the certificate of compliance. With this approval Continental Contracting Limited may apply for and will be granted A1 and EHIC documentation required for British employees working within the European Community.

Terms of Payment:
The client will be invoiced on a weekly/Monthly basis.
Payment of invoices should be recorded at our banking facility within the agreed period of time, normally 30 to 60 days credit as available.
Outstanding invoices will have an additional banking % rate.
