The management of Continental Contracting Ltd (CCL) acknowledges and accepts its responsibility for the health, safety and welfare of all its employees.

CCL management has the firm belief that all of our employees are our most important asset and the preservation of this asset will be paramount in all corporate decisions.

Furthermore, it is the underlying belief of CCL that "all accidents are preventable " therefore, CCL management will endeavour to achieve this belief as far as reasonably practicable, by ensuring:
  • A co-operative effort between the management and employees and co-ordination with all Clients.
  • The provision and maintenance of safe plant, equipment and place of work,
  • Suitable and sufficient risk assessments are carried out and suitable risk control measures enforced, maintained and reviewed periodically,
  • Suitable training, information, instruction and site supervision,
  • Adequate welfare facilities,
  • Safe use of substances that may be hazardous to health,
  • Adequate personal protective equipment.
  • The control of any other matters that may affect the health, safety and welfare of CCL employees and any other persons who may be affected by our activities.
Responsibility & Action Plan for Policy Implementation

CCL will ensure that all persons are made aware of their responsibilities within the Policy and are afforded adequate training, time and resources to fulfil their duties.
